Do You Have a Lemon Law Case?

California’s Lemon Law protects consumers who purchase or lease new or used vehicles in California that come with a written warranty.

Was your new or used car in the shop repeatedly for a warranty problem that the dealer could not repair?  If so, you may have a lemon law claim.

Was your new or used car in the shop for a warranty problem and the dealer failed to commence repairs within a reasonable time or failed to complete the repairs within 30 days?  If so, you may have a lemon law claim.

Anderson’s principal attorney went to college at the University of California at Irvine, and graduated summa cum laude in 1991. He attended law school at UCLA, and graduated number six in a class of roughly 300 people in 1995.

In 1995, he began representing consumers in California automobile lemon law and consumer fraud cases. Since 1995, he has handled more than 1,000 lemon law cases in California.

He has been instrumental in the development of California’s Lemon Law, and his efforts have resulted in a number of published decisions from the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, the California Court of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court.

He also regularly contributes to the development of jury instructions concerning California’s Lemon Law.
